Multiple primary schools across Coventry and Warwickshire are seeking dedicated graduates to join their team as SEN Teaching Assistants.

Responsibilities include:
- Working 1:1
- Opportunities to run small group classes with lower ability pupils
- Liaising with parents, teachers and the SENCO to ensure provision is effective
- Working closely with teachers to develop an environment suitable for everyone
