Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are recruiting on the behalf of a larger than average, 2 form entry Primary School in the Cheetham Hill area of Manchester (M8). The school are seeking a psychology graduate to support children with a range of specific needs such as; ASC, ADHD, SEMH, MLD. The successful candidate will have experience working in an educational setting with children in KS1 and will be looking to enhance their career in education. The role will start in January or as soon as all the necessary vetting checks have been completed for the successful candidate. The role will run for the remainder of the academic year with the opportunity for a school based contract for the right person!

The ideal candidate will:

• Deliver 1:1 support to children with a range of Learning Difficulties
• Monitor and track pupil's learning development in your care
• Provide a supportive environment to aid learningacross KS1
• Work closely with the SENCO to monitor all the pupils progression
