Job Title: Primary Tutor

Location: South East England, Berkshire, Bracknell

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Primary Industry: Education and Training

Salary: £20 - £25 Per hour

Job Duties:

  • Deliver engaging and effective primary level tuition in various subjects
  • Assess students' learning needs and develop tailored learning plans
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to parents and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other educators to enhance teaching methods and resources
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Proven experience in teaching primary level students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in primary education

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Deep understanding of primary curriculum and educational best practises
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles
  • Proficiency in using educational technology and resources

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Education or relevant field
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN)

Working Conditions:

  • Work hours may vary but generally fall within regular school hours
  • Classroom-based teaching with occasional remote or online sessions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
