Our clients are always in need of extra support at the schools to work alongside the teachers and give the best care and attention possible to the students.
Students at the school have a range of needs, such as mixed learning disabilities and complex needs such as mobility and personal care. Students need extra support to understand their classwork and make the most of their time in education to help them reach their potential.

Schools offer an exciting and engaging curriculum to suit the abilities of all the students, ensuring each individual need is met.

Ideally we are looking for individuals who have experience in Early Years or Primary settings, working with children with Special educational needs. A knowledge of the primary curriculum is preferable and a caring, enthusiastic and patient personality is essential to ensure the students feel safe, secure and encouraged.

Any of the following skills would be desirable:

PECS / Makaton/ BSL

Team-Teach

Autism Awareness

Experience giving personal care

Moving and Handling training

A knowledge of Primary Education

Own transport

Flexible working hours

Classroom experience
