Primary Teaching Assistant
Start Date: September 2025
Position: Full-time (Temporary to Permanent hire period)
Pay: £13.75 per hour
Location: Farnborough
Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a positive impact in the classroom? An enthusiastic primary school in Farnborough is seeking an engaging and experienced Primary Teaching Assistant to join their team from September.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting
- A proactive and nurturing approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant qualifications are an advantage
- A child only DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils
- Assist the class teacher with daily classroom activities
- Support children’s learning and social development
- Help with planning and delivering engaging lessons

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
