Experienced Teaching Assistant – Primary – Immediate Start – South East London (Temporary)
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking to make a difference in the lives of young learners across South East London? We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to support primary schools across Bromley, Lewisham, Greenwich, Southwark, and Bexley. This is a temporary role with an immediate start, offering the opportunity to work within a variety of settings and support pupils with diverse and complex needs.
As a Teaching Assistant with Teaching Personnel, you will play a vital role in supporting classroom teachers, working 1:1 with pupils, managing behaviour effectively, and contributing to the overall learning environment. Your experience and adaptability will be key in helping children reach their potential while promoting an inclusive and nurturing atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting teachers with daily classroom activities

Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional or complex needs

Supporting behaviour management strategies

Assisting in planning and delivering tailored learning activities

Carrying out duties appropriate to the role as required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
