£170–£250 per day (PAYE – no umbrella companies)

Teaching Personnel are working with lovely primary schools in the Tooting area and surronding areas who are looking for an ECTs to join their team in September. 

We are looking for passionate educators who want the consistency, progression, and reward of full-time teaching in supportive school environments where children’s learning, development, and well-being come first.

The Role – Full-Time Primary Teacher

As a full-time class teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact within a school community. Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Creating a positive and nurturing classroom environment where every child can thrive
  • Building strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
  • Assessing progress and adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners
  • Promoting high standards of behaviour, learning, and achievement
  • Contributing fully to school life, staff collaboration, and wider school initiatives

We Are Looking For Teachers Who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • Have recently qualified or have experience teaching within UK primary schools
  • Are seeking full-time, consistent teaching work
  • Can teach EYFS, KS1 or KS2 confidently
  • Are committed to inclusive practice and supporting all pupils to succeed
  • Bring energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude to school life
  • Are fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
