KS1 / KS2 Classroom Teacher – Hackney

Pay: Teacher’s Main Pay Scale / UPS
Start: September 2026 (including INSET days)
Contract: Full Time | Fixed Term

Teaching Personnel are recruiting a qualified KS1 / KS2 Teacher for a primary school in Hackney. This role is ideal for a proactive and resilient practitioner with strong classroom presence and excellent behaviour management.

The Successful Candidate Will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (essential)
Have experience teaching in EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Demonstrate confident behaviour management and high expectations
Be organised, proactive, and committed to pupil progress
Deliver engaging, well‑planned lessons that meet the needs of all learners

❗ Applicants without QTS or a recognised UK teaching qualification will not be considered.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
