Experienced Primary Teachers – Exeter & East Devon

Are you an experienced primary teacher looking for flexible supply work across Exeter and East Devon?

Teaching Personnel is working closely with a wide range of friendly, supportive primary schools and is seeking confident, adaptable teachers to provide short-term and long-term supply cover across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

This is an ideal opportunity for teachers who enjoy variety, value work–life balance, or are returning to teaching and want flexible options without the commitment of a permanent role.


The Role

  • Deliver high-quality teaching across all primary year groups

  • Provide day-to-day, short-term or longer-term cover as required

  • Quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff

  • Maintain strong classroom routines and behaviour expectations

  • Follow school policies and uphold safeguarding standards


We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teachers (QTS) with solid primary classroom experience

  • Confidence teaching across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2

  • Strong classroom management and adaptability

  • A professional, reliable and flexible approach

  • Ability to step into new settings with confidence

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
