• Teach a delightful Year 3 class through well-planned, inclusive, and creative lessons

• Assess progress and adapt learning to meet individual needs

• Promote positive behaviour in a calm, consistent, and nurturing way

• Support children’s academic progress alongside their emotional wellbeing

• Work closely with parents and colleagues to support each child’s journey

• Safeguard pupils and promote a happy, safe learning environment

We’d Love You to Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (ECTs are very welcome!)

• A good understanding of the KS2 curriculum, particularly the Year 3 transition

• A warm, positive, and enthusiastic approach to teaching

• Strong communication and classroom management skills

• A reflective mindset and a genuine love for helping children grow
