During the pandemic we faced a shortage of Teacher’s, and we are still trying to meet that high demand.
You must hold the relevant PGCE or QTS qualification to be suitable for this role.
Working with Teaching Personnel will give you the freedom to be flexible in your work. You will have access to your own diary where you will be able to decide when you're available to work. This can be changed as frequently as required.
The role
The ideal candidate will be willing to work on a full-time basis and enthusiastic about getting involved in school’s extra-curricular activities. Ideally you will be available 2 – 5 days per week with access to your own transport and be happy to travel up to 30 minutes. The sooner you can be available to us the better as we receive bookings every day from schools desperately needing teachers.
Key responsibilities
- Knowledge of the current curriculum
- Confident in teaching a full class of children
- Bring a creative mindset to inspire children
- Be able to plan out your day according to the school schedule
- Keep accurate records of interventions in pupil intervention logs
- Strong behaviour management skills are a must as keeping the children engaged is a high priority
- Offer emotional support to children who are struggling during COVID
- Implement the aims, policies and stated ethos of the school
Candidate requirements
- PGCE or QTS qualified
- Previous experience in EYFS/KS1/KS2
- Willing to apply for a DBS
- High behaviour management skills
- UK resident

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
