This small school caters for pupils with a range of special educational needs including Autism (ASC / ASD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). This is a warm, caring and supportive school for both students and staff. The school has the students at the heart of everything they do and are currently looking for and enthusiastic, experienced and passionate SEN Teacher to join their team.

Being an SEN Teacher in this fantastic school will require you to work across 4 different classes within the school providing cross curricular lessons. You will be working across the Autism department and PMLD department and provide education to students aged 4 - 19. 

To succeed in this role, you will have proven experience of teaching students with severe SEN. You will have a passion for working with students with SEN and have knowledge of providing the best lessons for students with a wide range of additional needs. You will have knowledge of alternative methods of communication and the ability to bring this into your lesson plans.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
