Year 3 Part-time Teaching Role – Jan 2021 start.

A reputable school in Blackpool are actively seeking a reliable, enthusiastic and passionate Year 3 Class Teacher. The KS2 position is to start after the Christmas break to cover maternity leave and will continue until July 2021. This is a one-form entry Primary School located in the ‘central Blackpool’ area and is commutable via public transport links.  

This is a part-time Class Teaching role working alongside a partner teacher and the school are looking for a practitioner who is eager to get involved in all aspects of school life. The school welcomes applications from Experienced and Newly Qualified Teachers. The school is made up of a supportive staff team. The school is located in a deprived area of Blackpool and the staff work hard to ensure the behaviour and progress is good.

The successful candidate will be given full support from the Senior Leaders. To apply for this role you must be confident delivering the National Curriculum to pupils in Lower Key Stage 2 and have a genuine passion for working with children and maximising attainment in the classroom. This is a rare opportunity to grow and develop professionally within a fantastic Primary School. The school are also committed to helping Newly Qualified Teachers complete their induction and potentially have the capacity to support an NQT. We can offer competitive rates of pay for this role dependant upon experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
