Teaching Personnel is currently supporting a vibrant and welcoming primary school in Weymouth, who are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Primary Teacher to join their team in the new academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity for both Experienced Teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to thrive in a supportive environment.

About the Role:

• Full-time teaching role within a KS1 or KS2 classroom (year group depending on experience and preference).
• Responsible for delivering engaging, inclusive lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Creating a positive, well-structured classroom environment that promotes progress and wellbeing.
• Working collaboratively with school staff, parents, and SEN teams to support pupils' development.

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
• Able to adapt teaching to suit all learning styles and needs.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Enthusiastic, dedicated, and a team player.
