Full-Time Year 4 Teacher – Radcliffe

Immediate Start | Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Teaching Personnel is proud to be partnering with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Radcliffe, currently seeking a full-time Year 4 Teacher to join their dedicated team. This role is available for an immediate start.

Your Role Will Include:

• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons for Year 4 pupils
• Monitoring progress and providing clear, constructive feedback
• Creating a positive, inclusive classroom where every child feels valued
• Working closely with fellow staff to share best practices and support student outcomes
• Engaging in ongoing professional development through CPD opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 4 experience is a plus)
• Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
• Ability to differentiate learning to support all abilities
• Sound understanding of the national curriculum and current teaching methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident use of technology to enhance learning
