Year 4 Teacher

A welcoming, nurturing, and community focused primary school in the Radcliffe area is partnering with Teaching Personnel to appoint a motivated, skilled, and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their team full time from September. The school are looking for someone with flexibility as the end date for this in unknown, it is likely to be the whole academic year however this will be finalised in the Summer term (26).

About the Role

As the Year 4 class teacher, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging, high‑quality teaching and ensuring that every child feels inspired, supported, and able to succeed.

Within this role, you will be expected to plan, deliver, and assess creative and inclusive Year 4 lessons. Providing high‑quality teaching that supports children of all abilities is key as well as creating a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment. The Senior Leadership Team are extremely supportive and have commented on being present to ensure their staff feel equipped to support pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEN. Your role within Year 4 means you will be working collaboratively as part of a supportive and skilled KS2 team.

We Are Seeking a Candidate Who Is:

· A qualified teacher with QTS

· Experienced in delivering primary curriculum content, ideally within KS2

· Enthusiastic, caring, and passionate about supporting children’s development

· Skilled at differentiating lessons to meet diverse learning needs

· An excellent communicator and proactive team player

· Patient, reflective, and committed to high‑quality teaching practice

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
