Year 4 Teacher – Full-Time Opportunity in Middleton

Location: Middleton
Start Date: January 2025
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Teaching Personnel is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming, inclusive, and forward-thinking primary school in Middleton. The school is seeking a passionate and committed Year 4 Teacher to join their team from January 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons tailored to Year 4 learners
  • Track and assess pupil progress, offering clear and constructive feedback
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning outcomes
  • Engage in CPD opportunities and contribute to the wider school community

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to differentiate effectively to meet diverse learning needs
  • Strong understanding of the current curriculum and educational practices
  • Confident use of technology to support and enrich learning
  • Effective classroom management and leadership skills

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching Year 4 or Key Stage 2 (ECTs with relevant placements are encouraged to apply)
