Year 5 Teacher – Full-Time Role in Cadishead
Start Date: January 2026
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Teaching Personnel is delighted to be partnering with a warm and forward-thinking primary school in Cadishead, currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher to join their team from January 2026.

✏️ Role Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, well-structured, and differentiated lessons to Year 5 pupils
- Monitor and assess progress, providing clear, constructive feedback
- Create a positive, inclusive, and inspiring classroom atmosphere
- Work closely with colleagues to support continuous improvement in teaching and learning
- Take part in CPD opportunities and contribute to school life beyond the classroom
Who We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A confident and adaptable teaching style, with the ability to differentiate effectively
- Up-to-date understanding of Key Stage 2 curriculum and educational best practices
- Proficient in using technology to support learning
- Strong behaviour management and classroom leadership skills
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching Year 4 or across Key Stage 2 (ECTs with relevant placements are welcome to apply)
- A passion for delivering high-quality, inclusive education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
