A fantastic double form entry primary school in Great Yarmouth are searching for a motivated member of staff to join their thriving team on a full time basis from October. You would be taking control of a KS1 class consisting of 23 pupils. 

The role will include:

• Teaching the approved national curriculum across a broad range of subjects
• Acting responsible for preparing lesson plans in a creative, interactive, and engaging way
• Pay close attention to each individual pupil’s progress and evaluate their learning abilities
• Attending meetings with other teaching staff, write reports and meet with pupils’ parents to discuss academic progress

The requirements

• Degree qualified
• QTS (preferred)
• Knowledge and understanding of current curriculum
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to motivate and encourage young people
• A strong team player
• Excellent communications skills – both oral and written
• The urge to make a difference in children

The successful candidate will be a passionate and experienced individual, with the urge to make a difference in young pupils!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
