Job description

Early Careers Teacher – Full-Time (Didsbury, March Start)
Teaching Personnel is pleased to be working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Didsbury that is seeking a dedicated Early Careers Teacher to join their team. The school prides itself on fostering a collaborative environment where both staff and pupils are supported to inspire, believe, and achieve.

This is a full-time role (8:30am – 3:30pm), beginning in March—an ideal opportunity for an early career teacher looking to develop professionally and make a meaningful difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver well-planned, engaging lessons that meet the needs of early learners
  • Assess and track pupil progress, offering constructive feedback to promote growth
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere
  • Work closely with colleagues to share best practice and refine teaching approaches
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your teaching skills

Required Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Strong classroom management and organisational abilities

Knowledge and Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to differentiate effectively to support diverse learning needs
  • Strong understanding of current educational practices and pedagogy
  • Confident use of technology to support teaching and learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
