Description

If you are a fully qualified Primary Teacher with previous experience teaching Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) in primary schools, then we have a position that may be right for you. This is a Full-Time, term-time only role. As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to students, ensuring their academic and personal development. You will work within a supportive and collaborative team, contributing to the school's positive and inclusive learning environment. Additionally, you will be expected to effectively manage classroom behaviour and provide differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of the students.

Job Duties

- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the primary curriculum - Create a positive and inclusive learning environment - Manage classroom behaviour effectively - Provide individualised support and instruction to students - Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to students and parents/guardians - Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement educational programmes - Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievements, and progress - Communicate effectively with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues - Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities - Adhere to school policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience

- Previous experience teaching Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) in primary schools

Knowledge and Skills

- Thorough understanding of the primary curriculum - Strong behaviour management skills - Proficiency in phonics instruction - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively within a team - Excellent organisational and time management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent

Working Conditions
