This is a great opportunity if you enjoy working with younger children and are looking for flexible work that fits around you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering pre‑planned lessons across EYFS and Primary year groups
  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
  • Supporting children with their learning, routines, and development
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and helping pupils feel settled and supported
  • Adapting confidently to different schools and classroom settings

We’d love to hear from:

  • Qualified Teachers with QTS (Primary‑trained preferred)
  • ECTs looking to gain invaluable classroom experience
  • Experienced Primary or EYFS teachers seeking flexibility
  • Teachers with a warm, patient, and positive approach
  • Those with an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)

Why work with Teaching Personnel?

  • Flexible supply opportunities – day‑to‑day, short‑term, and long‑term roles
  • ASAP and September starts available
  • Competitive daily pay, paid weekly
  • FREE CPD and safeguarding training
  • A supportive, approachable consultant who understands Primary and EYFS settings
  • Opportunities to work in friendly schools close to home

This role is ideal if you are:

  • Looking for flexible or part‑time Primary teaching work
  • Planning ahead for September
  • Newly qualified or returning to teaching
  • Wanting variety without the pressure of a permanent role

Apply today to secure Primary or EYFS supply work in Morecambe (LA4), either immediately or for the new academic year.
