Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a Primary School in the Lancaster area to recruit a Key Stage 1 Teacher for a full-time position starting in September. This role will suit both Early Career Teachers and experienced teachers, with the opportunity to move onto a school-based contract for the right candidate.

About the Role:

• Full-time Key Stage 1 teaching position
• Temporary role initially, paid weekly via PAYE
• September start
• Responsible for planning, delivering and assessing lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
• Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Working alongside a supportive staff team and senior leadership

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is due to qualify
• Has experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (placements accepted)
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A flexible and enthusiastic approach to teaching
• Looking for a long-term opportunity with progression potential
