We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Primary School Supply Teacher to join our team, providing high-quality teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled educator who thrives in new environments and enjoys making a positive impact on pupils’ learning, even at short notice.

Job Title: Supply Teacher – Primary School

Location: Colne and surrounding areas

Contract: Flexible, Day-to-Day and Short-Term Assignments

Salary: Competitive – in line with experience and local pay scales

Key Responsibilities

-          Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons across the primary curriculum.

-          Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and year groups.

-          Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.

-          Follow school policies, procedures, and safeguarding guidelines.

-          Support pupils’ social and emotional development alongside academic progress.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

-          A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience in primary education.

-          Flexible, reliable, and confident working in different classroom environments.

-          Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

-          Committed to providing an inclusive and supportive learning experience.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
