Year 6 Teacher (Part-Time) – Lytham St Annes

Teaching Personnel are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 6 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Lytham St Annes from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or a confident ECT looking for a part-time role within a supportive school environment.

  • Pay: £125 - £160 per day depending on experience

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons to a Year 6 class, supporting pupils as they progress through their final year of primary school and prepare for their transition to secondary education. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with staff to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 6
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Commitment to supporting pupil progress and attainment
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
