Teaching Personnel
Teaching Personnel are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in the FY4 area of Blackpool following the October half-term break.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher who is committed to delivering engaging lessons and helping young learners achieve their full potential within a supportive and inclusive school environment.
The Role
As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
- Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment where all pupils can thrive.
- Assessing, monitoring and recording pupil progress.
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all learners.
- Building positive relationships with pupils, parents, carers and colleagues.
- Contributing to the wider life of the school and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills.
- Is passionate about inspiring young learners and raising attainment.
- Has strong communication and organisational skills.
- Works effectively as part of a team and contributes positively to the school community.
Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.

Requirements
- QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification).
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Two professional references covering the last two years.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
