Job description

Teaching Personnel are currently looking for a number of Supply Teacher to help with the on going educator shortage crisis within primary schools. Teaching Personnel have a number of client schools based around North Bristol in a range of co-educational primary schools. If you have QTS and wanting to do general supply cover, then we would like for you to get in touch.

The role of a supply teacher is to provide cover wherever possible within a school when a permanent member of staff is out sick. You would be providing an invaluable service by helping out as schools currently find themselves with a huge educator shortage. If you have QTS then this is an added bonus and we can offer you Supply Teacher roles on a supply rate – if you do not hold QTS however, then we can still offer you Teaching Assistant positions. 

This would be a good opportunity for anybody who is looking for flexible work around their schedule and wants to pick and choose how much they work. Both ECT's and more experienced teachers as well as Teaching Assistants or University graduates are encouraged to apply.

About the role:

-          KS1&2

-          Planning provided.

-          8:30- 3:30

-          Term time only

Skill/ Qualifications:

-          QTS status

-          BA Honours degree

-          Happy to teach across both key stages.

-          Adaptable

-          Fully enhanced DBS certificate

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
