Teaching Personnel is working closely with a supportive SEN primary setting in the Mitcham area that is seeking a dedicated teacher with proven experience supporting children with additional needs at primary level. This role is ideal for someone passionate about inclusion, differentiation, and helping pupils thrive both academically and emotionally.
About the Role

Teaching pupils across Primary Key Stages within an SEN setting

Supporting children with a range of needs (including ASC, SEMH, SLCN, and complex needs)

Planning and delivering differentiated, engaging lessons

Working closely with support staff, SENCOs, and external professionals

Long-term and short-term opportunities available

Full-time role (part-time may be considered depending on availability)
Essential Requirements
✔️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✔️ Proven experience working with SEN pupils at primary level
✔️ Strong understanding of EHCPs and personalised learning plans
✔️ Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
✔️ A nurturing, patient, and resilient approach
✔️ In-date Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
