Are you a compassionate and dedicated Secondary SEN Teacher looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference in students’ lives?
Teaching Personnel partners with supportive secondary schools and specialist SEN settings across Wimbledon and South West London, seeking experienced SEN Teachers to help pupils with additional needs thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
The Role
-
Teaching pupils across KS3 and KS4 (and sometimes KS5, depending on the setting)
-
Supporting students with SEND, including ASC, SEMH, SLCN, ADHD, and complex needs
-
Working in small class sizes and/or 1:1 support models
-
Positions available across Wimbledon, Merton, Kingston, Sutton & surrounding areas

Full-time and part-time roles available

January start dates

Who We’re Looking For
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
-
Proven experience as a Secondary SEN Teacher
-
Strong understanding of individualised learning plans (EHCPs)
-
Calm, patient, and nurturing approach to teaching
-
Effective behaviour and emotional regulation strategies for adolescents
-
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
