We are currently recruiting Teacher for a school that caters for pupils aged 3-11 with Complex Cognitive Difficulties. The school has achieved this through a personalised curriculum for its pupils, which prepares them not only for further education but all aspects of adult life, including home management and their careers. This was possible through the schools eye for talent, and a result a successful candidate would have the following:
• QTS
• A warm and friendly personality
• Experience of working with children with SEN
• A patient and caring personality
• A dedication to helping young people grow and develop
Your role as a teacher in the school would be to promote a positive learning environment where character building and play centred task make up the majority of the curriculum. You would be supporting a class that is based on needs rather than age due to the requirements of the school as a whole
The school is located in the Cheadle area of Stockport and is easily accessible by bus, tram and car.
In addition, you will need to complete all necessary vetting checks including proof of identity, a DBS on the Update Service and producing two recent references.
Working hours are 08:00-16:00 but vary given the level of responsibility you may have.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
