Primary School Teacher

Location: West Midlands, West Midlands, Birmingham

Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours

Salary: £120 - £150 Per day

 

Teaching Personnel are looking for fully qualified teachers to work within some of our various schools across the birmingham area. Please apply today with your latest CV if you match up with criteria below. 

Job Duties:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to primary school students.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress on a regular basis.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff members.

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Enhanced DBS check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage a classroom.
  • Passion for teaching and working with children.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.

Experience:

Proven experience working with primary school students.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the primary school curriculum.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Classroom management skills.
  • IT proficiency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Education.
  • Experience in teaching special educational needs (SEN) students.
  • Training in safeguarding and child protection.

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a primary school setting in West Midlands, Birmingham.
  • Full-time hours on a temporary basis.
  • Interact with students, parents, and colleagues on a daily basis.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
