Pay: GBP127.72

Start date: September 2020

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit a PGCE Students/Newly Qualified Teacher/Fully Qualified Teacher to work in welsh medium schools in the South East Wales area. We currently work with a large number of schools across the Vale of Glamorgan, Cardiff, Newport, Torfaen, Caerphilly and Merthyr Tydfil area who look to us to support them with their day to day, part time and long term requirements which can often lead to permanent contracts relatively quickly.

The National Procurement – Supply  Teachers Framework

August 2019 saw the start of the Welsh Government's new teaching framework which recommends schools to use certain agencies for their cover. These selected agencies have passed the procurement process and are Welsh Government approved meaning that they are the preferred option for schools seeking staff and candidates seeking employment.

Teaching Personnel has been awarded a place on the framework agreement for the provision of temporary workers and supply teachers meaning that we are a Welsh Government approved agency and are being recommended to schools across South Wales.

“An absolutely fantastic company to work for. Communication is clear and professional, their app has great features to keep you on track with everything. The staff themselves truly care about their employees and consider carefully placements etc, they're always on hand to help and are truly understanding and super supportive.” LE, Primary School Teacher

“This company is amazing! They strive to suit your needs and all the staff are friendly and approachable. I can not fault them at all! Very professional and reliable. When joining them I was assisted every step of the way and was told clearly what each step was, what would come next and what was expected of me and what I was to expect if the company. I only started with them 2 weeks ago and I am extremely happy with the service and support they have provided me with.” AK, Teaching Assistant

“I have nothing but praise for this company! My experience has been excellent and I have been taken on for an extended contract in my first placement with them in a lovely school!” DL, Primary School Teacher.
