Primary School Teacher

We are currently looking for an outstanding Key Stage 2 Teacher to lead a year 4 class this September. The role will be temporary - permanent and is based in a 3 form entry Primary School in Thurrock Essex. As part of an outstanding multi Academy trust, the school has a real sense of community and is dedicated to working together to smash through the barriers that prevent their children from becoming confident, high achieving and independent individuals.

The school are interested in applications from both fully qualified teachers and newly qualified teachers who are situated in Thurrock Essex and the surrounding areas.

The school believe that it is essential for all children to acquire the basic social, literacy and numeracy skills to become confident and effective learners. As part of the team you will be able to utilise your previous experience and skills to make a big difference to these young student's lives. The school last Ofsted inspection was graded as outstanding and have received comments such as 'excellent provision for pupils' spiritual, moral, social and cultural development contributes to a stimulating curriculum that continues to be outstanding, as it was at the time of the last inspection. As a result, pupils become confident learners.

You will initially be employed via Teaching Personnel and a period will be agreed directly with the school after which you will transfer over to their contract and become a permanent member of staff at the school.
