Year 5 Primary School Teacher
Location: West Midlands, Birmingham, United Kingdom
Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time
Primary Industry: Education and Training
Day Rate: £140 - £200 Per day
Job Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons for primary school students.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback to both students and parents.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters students' academic and personal growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students' overall development.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Knowledge of the national curriculum and teaching. standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
- Strong classroom management skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting
Knowledge and Skills:
- Thorough understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies
- Proficient in using technology to enhance learning experiences
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
- Experience working with diverse student populations
Working Conditions:
- Work hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
- Classroom-based teaching with occasional extracurricular activities
- Temporary position with the possibility of extension

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
