Primary PPA Cover Teacher

We are looking for a Teacher to work on a full time basis covering PPA in a ‘Good’ school located in Wisbech. The School has a 3 form entry, with a well established Senior Leadership Team that support and welcome new members of staff.

The role is set to last 1 term but has the opportunity of being extended.

• QTS
• Ability to mark effectively
• Prior experience teaching in Primary Schools
• Encouraging the schools behaviour policy

We are looking for a passionate and committed primary teacher that will ensure primary school children still receive the best education possible even when their usual teacher is on PPA time. Ideal applicants are those who are willing to go the extra mile to achieve this through accurate and constructive marking.

The role requires an extensive level of classroom management skills due to each class including 30 pupils. However, you will have the additional benefit of no prior planning required for any classes that you will be covering. There will also be a Teaching Assistant present in all classes, and your own transport will be required to and from the school.
