PPA Teacher Required – Morecambe Primary School
Start Date: December 2025
Location: Morecambe, Lancashire
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time (flexible)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Morecambe to recruit a dedicated PPA Teacher to join their team from December 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator to support teaching and learning across the school while covering planning, preparation, and assessment time for class teachers.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
  • Follow existing planning and adapt to meet the needs of all learners
  • Foster a positive and engaging learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with staff to maintain high standards of teaching and behaviour

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Be flexible, enthusiastic, and confident teaching across year groups
  • Have strong classroom management skills
  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
