Job Opportunity: Full-Time PPA Teacher for KS1 and KS2
Location: Darwen, United Kingdom
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 3.30pm
Salary: Competitive, £110 - £140 per day (Depending on Experience)

We are seeking a dedicated full-time PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) Teacher to join our vibrant primary school in Darwen.
Role Overview:
As a PPA Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the continuity of learning and development for our students across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Your versatility and ability to engage with students of varying ages and abilities will be crucial. You will work collaboratively with our teaching staff, delivering high-quality lessons and supporting the overall educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2 in alignment with the school curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
- Provide effective classroom management and create a safe, supportive atmosphere for students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share insights, best practices, and resources.
- Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to drive improvement.
- Contribute to the development of innovative teaching strategies and materials.
- Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and parent-teacher conferences as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Proven experience teaching across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to different age groups.
- A passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
