PE teacher - Sunderland

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for male PE specialists based in Sunderland. Many of our client schools in this area have been increasingly in need of PE specialists to cover a variation of shorter and longer placements. Generally, we have found that there has been a greater demand for male specialists; however we encourage female teachers to also apply for this role. As stated, there is a variation of roles available; thus the volume of work is dependant on each position's specifications. Due to this, we require applicants to be enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised. If you believe you fit this profile, then this role may be for you!

OVERVIEW

  • Positions commencing after Easter
  • Roles available where you may be producing schemes of work to deliver PE curriculum to Key Stages 3-5, ensuring students make steady progress and that those who fall behind target are given the necessary support
  • General cover roles also available
  • Full-time role
  • Fantastic rates of pay available, ranging from £550-750 a week
  • Candidate may be offered an extended fixed-term contract (at the discretion of the school)
