DETAILS: Teaching Personnel are looking for a learning support assistant to support a Year 8 male pupil in the Bideford area.

The ideal candidate must have a calm nature and be willing to go the extra mile.

The young boy is very sporty and really enjoys most sports which include football, tennis, running and gym work.

In the classroom he can be very challenging and can become very disinterested so he needs that 1-1 SEN support to help him concentrate.

Teaching Personnel Exeter branch covers the areas from Plymouth, Newton Abbot, Torquay up to Exeter, Barnstaple, Taunton. While working with Teaching Personnel you will have the opportunity to train in autism awareness, mental health, understanding challenging behavior and Team Teach (Positive de-escalation techniques.) All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
