Location: Ealing, West London

Role: Part time, Year 1 teaching assistant

Pay: £68 to £78 (paid on a weekly basis)

Teaching Personnel are currently looking for an energetic and fun part time teaching assistant for a mainstream, school in the Borough of Ealing. Ideally, you would be available for 3+ days a week between 08:15 to 15:30.

About the role:

• Supporting in planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons
• KS1 (Year 1) support across all subjects
• Support children 1:1 (if applicable)
• Group support work

Requirements:

• Valid child only DBS on the update system – or be willing to apply

• Right to work in the UK
• Ideally will have a flexible working pattern (3+ days per week)

Desirable:

• Phonics training: Jolly Phonics, Letters & Sounds, Read, Write, Ink
• Intervention experience – booster sessions for lower ability students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
