They exist first and foremost to improve the life chances of young people through excellent care, teaching and guidance and believe that the relationship between home and school is paramount.

As leaders of learning they do not sit back and continue to do the same things year in year out, especially if they know they can do better. They invest heavily in CPD/ training and have fantastic links with other schools and professional organisations which has led to their induction programme receiving the highest rating from Hampshire. They work very closely with Their ~family™ of partner schools and are currently the strategic lead for a unique teaching and learning project. Due to links with local post 16 providers there may be an opportunity, in the future, to teach at KS5.
