Job description

Are you a Sports Graduate or do you have a BTEC Level 3 in Sports? Do you have a background in Outdoor Education?

We are currently seeking a skilled sports teaching assistant to work in a school that supports pupil to access a flexible timetable of studies, however a large proportion of your week would be spent outside of the classroom tailoring interesting subjects in an outdoor capacity.

You could spend sessions supporting students on a kayaking lesson, walking across Dartmoor to help cater to a pupils needs for a Geography lesson. The school is a small school and focuses on supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. The staff at the school are supportive and provide you with direction and a tailored induction on your first day.

The school supports pupils that have social and emotional barriers to learning. Ideally you will be confident in sports and passionate about making a difference in a young persons life. Weekly pay and work opportunities on a full and part time basis.
