Teaching Personnel are currently working with an academy trust who facilitate learning fro children and young people who have been removed from mainstream education. The roles are full time, working from 8:30-3:30 5 days a week, term time only.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a keen interest in supporting young learners with their educational experience.
The positions are working with pupils on a 1:1 basis supporting a range of different learning activities with them. These activities will be on and off site so being able to drive with access to your own vehicle is required.
The roles are supporting pupils who have been removed from mainstream education and therefore need someone who is strong, adaptable and has an understanding of working with challenging behaviours. Having additional qualifications such as: Team Teach, MAPA, supporting challenging behaviours in a classroom or other SEN qualifications then this will strengthen your application.
You must have GCSE Grade C and above or equivalent. (BTEC sport qualifications also accepted)
A DBS is required for these roles and it needs to be in Child work force only. We ask that your DBS is on the update service. If you do have a current DBS on the Update Service then we can support you to apply for a new one.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
