Online Tutor

Most schools are continuing to support students through a range of online tools but the vast majority are homework based work, meaning that students need to apply self discipline and parents need to instil structure. For most students this is possible but what about the most vulnerable? The students that don't engage; the students that getting out of bed is a struggle; students whose relationships with parents are fractured. Thankfully Teaching Personnel is working with the Local Education Authority's Virtual School to support the most in need children.

For these students we are offering scheduled, live teaching and online tutoring through our own platform, Bramble. 

We are looking for a range of tutors in Bristol - with QTS - who are willing to support students on a 1:1 basis on a daily or weekly basis, usually for 1 to two hour sessions. There is nothing you need to set up, all you need in a laptop/ PC/ Tablet with a camera function. If you can use Zoom/ Skype etc, you can use Bramble.

YOU MUST LIVE LOCALLY TO BRISTOL. This is because you may be required to visit the child's home once social distancing rules are relaxed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
