Job Title: One to One Tutor

Location:

East Midlands, Northamptonshire, Rushden

Job Type:

Permanent, Full-Time hours

Salary:

£25.00 - £30.00 Per hour

Job Duties:

Provide one-to-one tutoring sessions to students
Develop personalised lesson plans based on individual student needs
Assist students in understanding and mastering subject material
Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
Provide feedback to students and parents on performance and areas for improvement
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

Required Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience in tutoring or teaching
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet individual student needs

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

Minimum of 1 years experience in UK tutoring or teaching

Knowledge and Skills:

Solid understanding of curriculum and educational best practises
Ability to engage and motivate students
Strong organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate qualification in Education
Experience working with students with special educational needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
