Office Administrator – Primary School
Location: Swansea
Hours: 8:30-4pm Monday to Friday
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Temporary, Term-Time Only
Pay: £89.38 per day (paid weekly via agency)

This is a fantastic opportunity to be the go-to person in the school office, keeping things running smoothly and supporting both staff and families!
✨ What You’ll Be Doing:
Welcoming visitors & answering phone calls with a warm, professional manner
Managing emails and day-to-day office tasks
Keeping pupil records up to date (SIMS/Arbor experience a bonus!)
Supporting attendance and safeguarding admin
Ordering supplies & keeping everything well-stocked
Being a friendly point of contact for parents, carers & staff
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Previous admin experience (school-based = big bonus!)
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Knowledge of school systems like SIMS or Arbor (preferred)
A team player with a calm, organised approach
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or happy to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
