PRIMARY SCHOOL OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR – BL3, BOLTON

We are looking for an experienced, organised and friendly School Office Administrator to join a busy primary school.

The ideal candidate will have:

✅ Previous administrative experience within a primary school
✅ Experience using SIMS and/or Arbor
✅ Excellent organisation and time-management skills
✅ A professional and confident telephone manner
✅ Excellent front-of-house and customer service skills
✅ The ability to communicate effectively with pupils, parents, staff and visitors
✅ A calm, friendly and professional approach in a busy school environment

Hours: Flexible, but candidates must be available to work approximately 8am–4pm
Location: BL3, Bolton

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
