Nursery Teacher Required – Inspiring Opportunity Bracknell
Location: Bracknell,Berkshire
Contract: March – July 2026 (with potential for extension)
Working Pattern: Full-time or Part-time (08:30 – 15:30)
About the Role
Teaching Personnel is delighted to be working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Camberley to recruit a passionate and dedicated Early Years (Nursery) Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nurturing and inclusive school environment where creativity, curiosity, and a love of learning are at the heart of everything they do.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting young learners at a crucial stage of their development, delivering engaging and stimulating lessons that inspire confidence and independence.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports all pupils.

Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress, ensuring each child reaches their full potential.

Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider staff to support learning and development.
-
Contribute to the wider school community and uphold the school’s values and ethos.

Support and guide staff where required, contributing to effective team working and classroom management.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant Early Years qualification.

Experience teaching within Early Years or Nursery settings.
-
A nurturing and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
-
Strong communication and organisational skills.
-
A genuine passion for supporting young children in their early development.
