At Teaching Personnel we work with many schools and nurseries from a variety of areas, all actively looking for new members of staff.

The role? Full time

Start date? ASAP, but willing to postpone the start date for the right member of staff.

This role is based within a private nursery in Ealing, working 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday. This full time position will work throughout term time, with the possibility of additional hours during school holidays. The role will involve being an active room leader, leading classroom activities and monitoring other members of staff. Within this there will be a great importance placed on ensuring the nursery is adhering to policies, especially health and safety regulations, ratios of children and any concerns with child safety. Alongside this you will take a lead within assessments of each child's development and ensuring all records and educational health care plans are up to date.

The nursery?

The nursery is based in Ealing, located between both Northfields and West Ealing stations. Easily accessible by multiple train lines and bus services. The Ofsted rated 'good' nursery has demonstrated it's dedication to the well being of every student - expanding their age range, taking on children as young as 7 months old. They currently cater to up to 60 children up to 5 years old, structuring their learning around the natural inclination to play, explore and question and structure learning experiences.

Are you an ideal candidate?

  • Have a strong passion for supporting students
  • CACHE/NVQ level 3 qualified
  • Experienced working within and supporting the running of nurseries
  • A valid DBS or willing to apply for one
