Job description

Join a Leading Specialist Secondary Provision – Education Roles Available

We’re currently recruiting passionate and experienced education professionals to join a well-established specialist day school in Surrey that supports young people aged 11–19 with communication difficulties often associated with autism spectrum conditions, SEMH and related needs. The centre provides a calm, structured environment where bespoke education and therapeutic support help students re-engage with learning and prepare for life beyond school.

About the Setting:
• Specialist secondary provision designed for young people facing barriers to mainstream education due to social communication challenges and associated anxieties.
• Personalised curriculum based on the National Curriculum, offering GCSEs or equivalent qualifications alongside broad life skills, employability and transition programmes.
• Small class sizes with high staff-to-student ratios and flexible teaching approaches to meet individual needs.
• An emphasis on developing emotional wellbeing, social skills and independence.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
